TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PURCHASE RESERVATION IN RESPECT OF THE HUB SECTIONAL TITLE SCHEME

WHEREAS WoodstockHub Pty Ltd is the registered owner of the property and sections being, Erf 10597, 72 Strand Street, Woodstock, Cape Town.

AND WHEREAS “the Applicant”, whose particulars appear herein, wishes to reserve the right to purchase the Unit referred to herein (“the Unit”) in the Scheme at the specified purchase price. The reservation fee is R2500.

NOW THEREFORE THE PARTIES DO AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

The Applicant has 7 days in order to perform on their reservation by means of signing and fulfilling their obligations of the sale agreement. If the Applicant does not perform within the specified timeframe, the reservation fee will be forfeited and the apartment will be unreserved.
